While we strive to meet all scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
Payment is due as agreed upon prior to or upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled move to receive a deposit refund. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
